I made this recipe from the brilliant Celine Steen @ Have Cake, Will Travel for the Tenth Life Cat Rescue bake sale. I altered the recipe slightly by using 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips instead of 1 1/2 cups chopped semisweet chocolate. You can make your cups look like Celine’s by not spreading the peanut butter as much, but I like them this way too. Like little peanut butter chocolate sandwiches. These taste best at room temperature with a glass of homemade almond milk.
