I made another raw milkshake with cashews, but this time I used blueberries. The result was tasty and purple, my favorite color, so I was pretty happy with it.
Raw Blueberry Milkshake
- 2 cups filtered water
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Blend until smooth. Drink immediately. Serves 2.
